SonicWall 02-SSC-2825 is the TZ370, a desktop firewall in the Gen 7 TZ series. The hardware has eight 1 GbE RJ45 ports, two USB 3.0 ports and a console port. It is rated at 3 Gbps firewall inspection throughput and 1 Gbps threat prevention throughput, with application inspection and IPS at 1.5 Gbps and anti-malware at 1 Gbps.
IPSec VPN throughput reaches 1.38 Gbps, TLS/SSL inspection 500 Mbps, and the unit handles 9,000 new connections per second. Power comes from a 36W external AC adapter. A storage expansion slot accepts up to 256 GB. The TZ370 supports up to 100 site-to-site VPN tunnels, 5 IPSec VPN clients out of the box with room for 200, and 2 SSL VPN users expandable to 100. It manages up to 16 SonicWave access points, supports SD-WAN and Zero-Touch Deployment, and can be rack mounted with an optional kit. It suits small offices, retail stores and branch sites that need deep packet inspection and VPN in a compact desktop unit. The appliance measures 7.5 x 5.3 x 1.4 inches and weighs 1.8 lb. This unit is transfer ready, so its registration moves to the buyer's MySonicWall account, where support, subscriptions and warranty can be added.
