Cisco Catalyst C9500-16X-2QA, manufactured by Cisco, is a fixed core switch in a 1RU rack-mount form factor with 16 x 10 Gigabit SFP+ ports and 2 x 40 Gigabit QSFP+ uplinks via a network module.

It runs Cisco IOS XE with Network Advantage licensing and supports Layer 2 and Layer 3 features. The switch uses dual hot-swappable power supplies and front-to-back airflow. It fits campus core or aggregation roles where high port density of 10 GbE and 40 GbE uplinks are required.
