The Fortinet FG-300C, manufactured by Fortinet, is a rackmount firewall in the 300C Series. It features ten 1 Gb RJ45 ports and supports up to 8 Gbps of stateful IPv4 throughput at various packet sizes (1518 / 512 / 64 byte UDP). The unit supports IPS throughput rates measured at up to 2.8 Gbps IMIX.
This model delivers packet forwarding performance rated at approximately twelve million packets per second. Designed for horizontal mounting, it operates using standard AC power input with internal redundant supply options available depending on configuration. Suited for mid-sized deployments requiring interface density over fiber support.
