- 40G uplinks, fixed in place: Two QSFP+ uplinks at 40G are built in, which sets this model apart from the four 10G/1G SFP+ uplinks on the C9300L-24UXG-4X.
- Cables for the stack: The optional stack kit has two adapters and a 0.5m cable, with 1m and 3m cables also offered for stacks of up to eight.
- RAM and flash on board: 8 GB of memory and 16 GB of flash come with the switch, plus a USB 3.0 slot for an SSD of up to 240 GB.
- Second-supply PoE: A 350W second supply takes the 722W default PoE budget to 1,072W.
