Designed to support small-scale deployments like factory floors or outdoor spaces requiring rugged hardware, it offers operating temperatures from -40°C to 75°C and meets industry standards for shock and vibration resistance. The unmanaged nature of the IE 1000 series simplifies setup while supporting VLANs (802.1Q), QoS capabilities for traffic prioritization, IGMP snooping for multicast management, and automatic firmware updates via USB provisioning.
