50% of all Internet traffic is from the same source
At Infosecurity Europe 2024, CEO of Veracity Trust Network Nigel Bridges said that nearly 50% of all internet traffic in 2022 resulted from this activity, and 30% of that was malicious. Cybercriminals and nation-state actors use this to disrupt, propagate malware, engage in espionage, and launch ransomware attacks. Bridges cautions that AI implementation may further exacerbate the situation. Read more
