The NEW Cisco IE-4000-8GT8GP4G-E switch features 16x 1 Gigabit Ethernet RJ45 ports, with 8 of them supporting Power over Ethernet (PoE). It also includes 4x uplink ports that are dual-purpose SFP/RJ45 combo. The switch is DC powered and offers a PoE budget of up to 240W. With a non-blocking switching capacity of 20 Gbps, it provides line rate forwarding for all ports and packet sizes. The MAC address table size is capable of storing up to 16,000 unicast addresses while supporting VLANs with a total count reaching up to nearly one thousand instances within the network infrastructure.
