Juniper Networks MIC-MACSEC-MRATE MX2000 is a multirate Port Interface Card ( MIC ) with 12 x QSFP+ / QSFP28 interfaces supporting 10 / 25 / 40 / 100 GbE and MACsec encryption.

Designed for Juniper MX2000 platforms, the module provides 12 high-speed ports for data center and edge routing roles. It supports pluggable optics and MACsec for link-level security. The card installs in a MIC slot and draws power from the host chassis.

The module is designed for use in MX2000 platforms and supports high-density aggregation with 12 ports in a single card. It enables MACsec on supported interfaces to protect data across links.
