The Cisco QDD-400G-FR4-S is a QSFP-DD form factor transceiver module from Cisco, supporting 400 Gbps transmission speed over single-mode fiber. It operates at a wavelength of 1310 nm using duplex LC connectors.
This transceiver supports connections up to 2 kilometers and conforms to the IEEE 802.3cu standard for FR4 optics. Designed for high-density data center applications, it integrates four optical lanes via PAM4 modulation across one pair of SMF cabling. The hot-swappable design allows installation into compatible QSFP-DD ports without powering down equipment.
