Overview

The Cisco UCSC-SAS-M5HD is a RAID controller manufactured by Cisco. It uses a mezzanine form factor and supports 12 Gb/s SAS interfaces for data transmission.

This hardware RAID controller is compatible with select Cisco UCS M5 series servers. It provides multiple internal ports to support direct connectivity with backplane drive bays, allowing configuration of redundant arrays across supported hard drives or SSDs.
