The Extreme Networks ExtremeSwitching X670-G2 is a 1RU 10 Gigabit top-of-rack and aggregation switch running ExtremeXOS, with 48 or 72 10GbE SFP+ ports and up to four 40GbE QSFP+ uplinks. The earlier Summit X670V offers the same 10/40 Gigabit role in first-generation hardware. NetworkTigers sells X670-G2 and X670V switches, power supplies and fans refurbished, used and new. Every unit is powered up and tested by our technicians before it ships, so it works when it arrives, and it is backed by a 365-day warranty.

Which version do I need?
Choose the 72x for the most 10 Gigabit fiber ports in one rack unit. Choose the 48x-4q when you also need 40 Gigabit uplinks to a spine or core. Choose the X670V-48t when servers connect over 10GBASE-T copper. FB in a part number means front-to-back airflow. Match the power supplies and fans to the switch's airflow.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the X670V and the X670-G2?
The X670-G2 is the second generation, with higher 10GbE port density and support for newer ExtremeXOS releases. The X670V is the earlier model and a low-cost spare for existing X670 networks.
Can the X670-G2 be stacked?
Yes. It supports SummitStack, so several switches can be managed as one.
