• CW9166: 4x4 on all three bands plus a flexible 5/6 GHz radio, 5 Gbps uplink. For the highest-density areas.

Are these units claimed to another Meraki organization?
No. They are sold unclaimed, so you can claim them into your own Meraki dashboard.

What is the difference between CW9166I-MR and CW9166I-B?
The -MR version is managed from the Meraki cloud dashboard. The -B version is for Cisco Catalyst 9800 controller networks. For -B units, see our Cisco Catalyst 9166 collection.

Will a CW9166 run on standard PoE+?
Yes. It runs on 802.3at PoE+ with the USB port off. 802.3bt UPOE also powers the USB port.
