The Extreme Networks 5320-48P-8XE is a fixed-configuration Ethernet switch with 48x 1GbE PoE+ RJ-45 ports and 8x 10GbE SFP+ uplink interfaces. It delivers 256 Gbps switching capacity and supports high-speed Layer 2 and Layer 3 forwarding in a compact rack-mount form factor.
The switch provides PoE+ power over all 48 copper ports for connected devices such as access points, IP phones, and cameras. It supports stacking of up to eight units, a forwarding rate of 190.5 Mpps, and a MAC address table size of 32,000 entries. The system supports up to 4,059 VLANs and includes module slots for expansion.
