Cisco C1121X-8PLTEP by Cisco is a compact router with 1x RJ45 WAN and 8x 1 GbE LAN ports. It supports IPsec throughput up to 468 Mbps and IPv4 forwarding at 1673 Mbps. The unit includes 8 GB DRAM and an internal flash memory of 8 GB.
Suited for small-scale deployments, it offers support for multiple routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, VRRP, MPLS, GRE tunneling, IGMPv3 multicast management and PBR. Bidirectional Forwarding Detection (BFD) aids in fast failure detection across static or dynamic paths.
