Overview

The Brocade 57-0000089-01 is a SFP+ transceiver module manufactured by Brocade. It supports 16 Gbps Fibre Channel transmission and uses the SFP+ form factor for installation in compatible networking equipment.

This long wavelength (LWL) optical transceiver operates over single-mode fiber with a maximum link distance of up to 10 kilometers. Designed for data center and storage area network applications, it connects directly into supported ports on switches or HBAs that accept SFP+ modules using LC connectors.
