The FAP-831F-A supports frequency ranges of 2.400–2.4835 GHz and 5.150–5.850 GHz. It is suited for high-density Wi-Fi 6 deployments requiring tri-radio operation for client access and scanning functions. The access point uses internal antennas and is intended for ceiling or wall mounting in enterprise WLAN deployments managed through Fortinet wireless controllers.
