NEW Cisco Meraki MA-CBL-120G-50CM 50cm 120GB Stack Cable for MS390 Switches

The Cisco Meraki MA-CBL-120G-50CM is a 50cm (19.7-inch) 120 Gigabit stacking cable for Meraki MS390 switches. It connects the stack ports on two MS390 switches so they run as one logical switch, with shared configuration and uplinks in the Meraki Dashboard.

Stacking cables are run between adjacent switches and back from the last switch to the first to form a ring. A ring keeps the stack running if one cable or one switch fails, which is why most stacks use one more cable than a simple chain would need. The cable is passive and needs no configuration.

Pick the length by the distance between switches. The 50cm MA-CBL-120G-50CM suits switches mounted next to each other, the 1m MA-CBL-120G-1M spans a few rack units or closes the ring on a short stack, and the 3m MA-CBL-120G-3M reaches across a tall stack or into the next rack. Data stacking is separate from StackPower, which uses its own MA-CBL-SPWR cables.
