NEW Cisco Meraki MA-MOD-4X10G MS390 Series 4x 10GB Switch Uplink Module

The Cisco Meraki MA-MOD-4X10G is a 4-port 10 Gigabit SFP+ uplink module for Meraki MS390 switches. It installs in the MS390 network module slot and gives the switch four 10 Gigabit uplinks to an aggregation or core switch. Meraki lists it for all MS390 models.

Four 10 Gigabit uplinks are the common choice for access closets: two can run to a core pair for redundancy, and the others can link servers or another closet. SFP+ optics or direct attach cables are sold separately.

The MS390 uplink slot also takes a 40 Gigabit module, so a switch can move to faster uplinks later by changing only the module. Match the module to the optics and cabling already in the building before choosing. SFP+ optics such as the MA-SFP-10GB-SR run over multimode fiber, while twinax cables such as the MA-CBL-TA-1M suit links inside the same rack. This listing is for the module only; the switch and optics are sold separately.
