NEW Cisco Meraki MX68-HW 700 Mbps 12x 1GB RJ45 2x PoE+ Unclaimed Firewall

The Cisco Meraki MX68-HW is a desktop security and SD-WAN appliance managed from the Meraki Dashboard. It has two dedicated Gigabit RJ-45 WAN ports and ten Gigabit RJ-45 LAN ports, two of which supply PoE+ for an access point, phone, or camera. A USB port takes a third-party cellular modem for failover.

Meraki rates it at 700 Mbps stateful firewall throughput, 400 Mbps maximum VPN throughput, and 400 Mbps with next-generation firewall detection enabled, for a small branch with up to 50 devices. Both WAN ports can be active at once for load balancing or failover.

Power comes from an external 100W adapter, sized for the PoE+ ports; the appliance draws 11W idle and 79W at full load. It measures 11.2 x 5.8 x 1.1 inches and weighs 2.46 lb, and it sits on a desk or mounts on a wall. The appliance is sold unclaimed; a Meraki license is required, purchased separately.
