The NEW Arista QSFP-100G-LR4 transceiver supports 100Gbps data transfer over single-mode fiber (SMF) with a wavelength of 1310nm. Designed for duplex LC connectors, it enables point-to-point connections up to 10km.

The module complies with the IEEE 802.3ba standard and operates on four independent optical lanes multiplexed inside the transceiver interface. It integrates digital diagnostics monitoring (DDM) for real-time performance tracking, including temperature, voltage levels, and signal integrity measurements.

Compatibility extends across various switches and routers using a QSFP28 port supporting LR4 optics specifications. Low power consumption enhances efficiency in high-bandwidth applications requiring extended reach without additional amplification hardware or repeaters within its operational range.
