Overview

The Cisco A9K-MPA-2X100GE is a CPAK modular port adapter designed for the ASR 9000 Series, featuring two 100 Gigabit Ethernet ports.

Compatible optics include CFP2-ER4, CPAK-100G-LR4, and more (sold separately). This adapter requires a minimum firmware of Cisco IOS XR 6.0.1 to support either 400G or 200G speeds with various optic options available through adapters. The A9k-MPA offers high-speed connectivity solutions for network environments requiring fast data transmission capabilities.
