The Cisco Meraki MA-MNT-CLG-1 is a T-rail mount kit for hanging Meraki indoor access points and cameras from a drop ceiling. It contains two deep-drop ceiling clips and a T-rail adapter that fits both recessed and flush T-rails, so the device can be fixed to the ceiling grid without cutting or drilling the tile.

Meraki lists the kit for the MR36, MR44, MR46, MR46E, and MR56 access points and for the MV12 and MV32 smart cameras. It is used with the mount plate that comes with the device: the plate attaches to the clips, and the access point or camera locks onto the plate as usual.

The kit is the usual fix when a used access point or camera arrives with its plate but without ceiling clips, or when a device that was wall-mounted moves to a drop ceiling. Deep-drop clips also help where the T-rail sits below the tile face and standard clips do not reach. Order one kit per device; the clips and adapter are not shared between mounts.
