NEW Cisco Meraki MX95-HW 3 Gbps 4x 10GB SFP+ 6x RJ45 Firewall Unclaimed

The Cisco Meraki MX95-HW is a rack-mount security and SD-WAN appliance managed from the Meraki Dashboard. Its WAN side has two 10 Gigabit SFP+ ports and two 2.5 Gigabit RJ-45 ports, one with PoE+, and up to two WAN uplinks are active at a time. The LAN side has four Gigabit RJ-45 ports and two 10 Gigabit SFP+ ports, plus a dedicated management port and a USB 3.0 port.

Meraki rates it at 3 Gbps stateful firewall throughput, 2.5 Gbps maximum VPN throughput, and 2 Gbps with advanced security enabled. Power comes from an AC supply rated 100-127 or 200-240 VAC, drawing 42W idle and 109W at full load.

The chassis is 19 inches wide, 11.2 inches deep, and 1.7 inches high and weighs 7.0 lb; the MA-RCKMNT-KIT-1 screw kit is optional and not included. The MX95 fits mid-size branches and campus edges that need 10 Gigabit fiber to the core or to the ISP handoff. The appliance is sold unclaimed; a Meraki license is required, purchased separately.

Its SFP+ ports take the MA-SFP-10GB-SR 10GB optic, the MA-SFP-1GB-SX for Gigabit fiber, and the MA-CBL-TA-1M twinax cable. For more throughput, see the MX105-HW.
