Cisco UCSC-NVME2H-I1000 solid state drive by Cisco uses a 2.5-inch U.2 form factor with NVMe over PCIe 3.1 x4. It delivers up to 2,850 MB/s read and 1,100 MB/s write, with 512e sectors and up to 465,000 read IOPS and 70,000 write IOPS.
The drive offers an Intel P4510 1.0 TB capacity and is designed for Cisco UCS servers with U.2 NVMe bays. It operates through a PCIe 3.1 x4 link via the U.2 connector and is powered through the drive backplane. The 2.5-inch carrier supports hot swap in compatible systems and is well-suited to workloads such as virtualization, database storage, and caching.
