NEW Cisco Meraki MR46E-HW Wi-Fi 6 802.11ax External Ant Unclaimed WAP w/ Mounts

The Cisco Meraki MR46E is the external-antenna version of the MR46, an indoor Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) access point managed from the Meraki Dashboard. Both client radios are 4x4 MU-MIMO with 4 spatial streams, for an aggregate frame rate of up to 2.98 Gbps. A third dual-band radio handles WIDS/WIPS and location analytics, and a fourth radio handles Bluetooth Low Energy.

The AP ships without antennas. It takes Meraki's six-port RP-TNC indoor antennas: the MA-ANT-3-A6 and B6 dipoles, the C6 and D6 panel omnis, and the E6 wide and F6 narrow patches. Every port needs an antenna. Patch antennas suit warehouses, gyms, and auditoriums where coverage is aimed from a wall.

The uplink is one 2.5 Gigabit multigigabit RJ-45 port. Power is 802.3at PoE+ at 30W maximum, or a 12V DC adapter sold separately. The unit measures 12.05 x 6.15 x 1.39 inches and weighs 29.98 oz. It mounts with the MA-MNT-MR-18 kit; some listings include the kit and some do not, and each listing's Model Name says which.

For omni coverage, add the MA-ANT-3-A6 RP-TNC dipole six-pack; for aimed coverage, the MA-ANT-3-E6 6-port wide patch antenna. The MR46-HW is the internal-antenna version. The access point is sold unclaimed; a Meraki license is required, purchased separately.
