The Cisco WS-C3850-24PW-S Catalyst Switch is a high-performance networking device designed for enterprise use. Its 24 Power over Ethernet (PoE) ports provide power and connectivity to devices such as IP phones, wireless access points, and surveillance cameras.
The W version offers the ability to control five Cisco access points. The WS-C3850-24PW-S switch offers a switching capacity of up to 92 Gbps, allowing fast and efficient data transfer within the network. It also has a forwarding rate of up to 68.4 Mpps, ensuring smooth traffic flow even in demanding environments.
This Catalyst switch comes with numerous advanced features, including support for IPv6 routing protocol OSPFv3, Hot Standby Routing Protocol (HSRP), and Quality-of-Service (QoS) capabilities, providing flexibility and reliability essential in a corporate network.
