NEW Cisco Meraki MA-MNT-MR-11 Mounting Kit for MR33 Series Access Point

The Cisco Meraki MA-MNT-MR-11 is the replacement mounting kit for the Meraki MR33 indoor access point. It lets the MR33 be installed on a drop ceiling, on a solid ceiling, or on a wall, with the same hardware Meraki ships in the box with a new access point.

The kit includes a replacement mount plate, drop-ceiling clips, two flush T-rail screws (6-32 x 4 mm), two recessed T-rail screws (6-32 x 7 mm), two rubber spacers, two wall screws with anchors, security screws, and the security screw tool. The security screws lock the access point to its plate, which helps keep it from being removed from a public space.

A mount kit is the usual fix when a used MR33 arrives without its bracket, when a bracket is lost during a move, or when an access point is redeployed to a different ceiling type. Brackets are model-specific, so match the kit to the access point model before ordering. Keep the security screw tool with the site spares, since the same tool is needed to remove the AP later.
