The Cisco Meraki MR52-HW is a high-performance Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac Wave 2) indoor access point managed from the Meraki cloud dashboard, built for dense spaces such as lecture halls, conference rooms, and open-plan offices.

It runs 4x4 MU-MIMO on both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz, with up to 1,733 Mbps on 5 GHz and 800 Mbps on 2.4 GHz, plus a dedicated scanning radio for security and RF analytics, and a Bluetooth Low Energy radio. It has two Gigabit Ethernet ports (RJ45) that support link aggregation. It needs 802.3at PoE+ (21 W maximum) for full performance; on 802.3af it runs with reduced functionality.

Cisco lists July 21, 2026 as the end of support, which ends Cisco's support and replacement. The MR52 can still be claimed and runs in the Meraki dashboard, and we test every unit to confirm it, so you get 4x4 performance at a very low price.
