The Cisco Meraki MR74 is an outdoor Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac Wave 2) access point managed from the Meraki Dashboard. It has a 2.4 GHz and a 5 GHz client radio, each 2x2 MU-MIMO with 2 spatial streams, for an aggregate data rate of 1.3 Gbps. A third dual-band radio handles WIDS/WIPS and location analytics, and a fourth radio handles Bluetooth Low Energy.
The AP ships without antennas. It has four N-type female connectors and takes Meraki's outdoor antennas: the MA-ANT-20 dual-band omni, the MA-ANT-21 5 GHz and MA-ANT-23 2.4 GHz sectors, the MA-ANT-25 dual-band patch, and the MA-ANT-27 dual-band sector. The housing is rated IP67.
The uplink is one 100/1000 RJ-45 port on 802.3af PoE at 37 to 57V, with an 11W maximum draw. The unit measures 10 x 6.2 x 2.6 inches and weighs 2.4 lb. It mounts to walls and vertical poles with the MA-MNT-MR-7 kit; some listings include the kit and some do not, and each listing's Model Name says which.
